Enexio Mobile is a field operations and communication app developed for Enexio to streamline coordination between field engineers, customers, and internal project managers. The app supports spare parts purchase, ticket management, and field service requests, all in a unified mobile interface tailored for multiple user roles.

Core Features

• Spare Purchase & Enquiry: Customers can browse, request quotes, or purchase spare parts directly through the app.
  
• Field Visit Requests: Customers can request on-site support or technical visits from field engineers.
  
• Ticketing System: Allows users to raise, track, and communicate about service tickets in real time.
  
• Multi-User Role Management: Supports different access levels and dashboards for customers, engineers, marketers, and project managers.
  
• Live Location & Map Integration: Utilizes Mapbox to display real-time field location and navigation.
  
• Push Notifications: Integrated with Firebase for alerts related to ticket updates, approvals, and new service requests.
  

Responsibilities

• Developed mobile UI components using React Native, ensuring device responsiveness and intuitive user experience.
